New Program to Assist British Companies in the U.S.


Since August 2016, following the shocking Brexit vote in the UK, Global Consulting’s London office, Global Consulting (UK), has been busy identifying British small and medium-size companies (SMEs) who want to have a U.S. footprint, but do not have or do not want to allocate the people and financial resources to set up a facility.

We have identified a number of British SMEs in the following business sectors who are looking for American partners:

Partners typically are an agent, a distributor or a joint venture well known in the client’s business sector who can open doors to buyers, assist with getting the U.S. business legally established and other services needed to make the U.S. operation efficient and effective.

As an example, recently, a British SME in the Aerospace sector, retained Global Consulting to find an American partner to increase their U.S. market share. In less than two months, we located and thoroughly vetted three interested partners. We currently are arranging one-to-one meetings between the client President and the three American firms.
