"From 2001 to 2011, Russ had several contracts with our economic development agency in the framework of the Brand Image program of the Objective 2 of the ERDF and our Biolog Europe initiative. His remit was the identification of US prospect companies. (Unlike a number of other bidding consulting firms, who promised as many as 150 company prospect leads, Russ has always promised realistic numbers of company prospect leads. Agreed upon numbers were always exceeded.) Russ uncovered several excellent companies interested in a European facility. He also created very good contacts for us with economic development agencies in the US with which we’ve been able to share ideas or even to collaborate on actions towards companies in which both sides benefited. Russ also organized several missions to the US for me and my colleague. He understood the needs of the agency and was able to build a very interesting program each time, putting us in front of qualified companies. He also organized seminars: venue, program, audience.
